How do I place an order?
Choose your product, tap "Add to Cart", then go to Checkout. Fill in your name, address and phone number, choose Cash on Delivery, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
How do I pay?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE on all orders of Rs. 2,999 or more, anywhere in Pakistan. For orders below Rs. 2,999, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, anywhere in Pakistan.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, some personal-care items may not be returnable once opened.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. After a quick check, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
